60-DAY RETURN POLICY (until further notice)

We stand behind all the products that we sell, however we will be handling returns differently.

  • We will be extending our return period to 60 days, until further notice.
  • We will NOT be accepting returns or refund for any opened/used beauty or fragrance product, no exceptions.
  • If your product was damaged in transit, please DO NOT return it without reaching out to us first for a Return Authorization. Please do your best to document damages with pictures and descriptions, if asked.
  • Return instructions & determinations will be made on a case by case basis.  We will then provide a return address that will facilitate preventing co-mingling of returns from our general inventory.

Items being returned MUST be in their original condition (ie. not opened, cellophane in tact, not used) AND have been approved for return.

How do return my item?

Please reach out to us if you wish to return your item. We will only be accepting unopened unused items. We will however be extending the return period to 60 days.

Who is responsible for the cost of return shipping?

All returns are at the expense of the buyer unless the reason for return is due to our error.

What should I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?

We're always sorry to hear that an order arrives damaged or defective. Although we try very hard to package all items to reduce the occurrence of damage, occasionally accidents happen during shipment. 

Damaged/defective items MUST be reported to us by email within 3 days of receipt. Please document the damage with pictures. We'll respond to your message as quickly as we can. In the meantime, do not throw away your damaged/defective items or the packaging they came in until we process your claim. 

I don't like the item I bought / it smells funny to me, etc .... it must be defective.

Smell is very personal & subjective. Opinions on smell are based on individual preferences and may vary due to outside factors. Furthermore, during this time we will NOT be allowing returns for opened or used items, so please shop with care and reach out to us before you buy with any questions.

Refund FAQ's

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of return and inspection.

You will be notified when your refund has been processed on our end, so that you can follow up with your financial institution.

Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.
